This report provides an overview of the many initiatives that provide the ICT sector with guidance and assurance tools on how to conduct due diligence for conflict minerals entering their supply chains.
It also serves as a needs assessment for a mineral supply chain due diligence standard that takes consideration of wider issues of sustainability, above and beyond the issues surrounding conflict minerals (i.e. human rights and money laundering issues).
