Serving you through complex times

Dear clients, colleagues, stakeholders and friends,

Like all of you, at Levin Sources we have been closely monitoring the fast-evolving Covid-19 situation in the UK and across the globe. We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well and that the disruption this is generating is not touching you too deeply.

For now, our two key concerns are keeping people safe and how to best serve our clients and stakeholders in these complex times. We’ve instituted a new set of policies and procedures to protect our personnel, our community, our clients, and our business. These include remote working, backstopping on all project roles, increasing local content where possible, close communication with key stakeholders, daily verbal contact with staff, sharing humorous content to keep spirits high, and much more. We will continue to revise these in response to the ever-changing situation and in consultation with our board and guidelines and recommendations from government and public health authorities.

Since its inception, Levin Sources has championed flexible and remote working for our personnel. This means our robust and secure infrastructures that allow effective online cooperation were already successfully operational by the time the UK government encouraged social distancing. We are set up with the right digital solutions to liaise effectively with any of you and continue to deliver projects as well as workshops to the quality you expect from Levin Sources.

To serve you best during this period of travel restrictions, we are mobilising our network of more than 250 associates in over 100 countries and increasing the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence to remotely gather and analyse data. We are drawing on our innovative spirit to develop new ways to serve you and ensure minimal service disruption for our clients in the context of Covid-19.

We’ll keep evaluating the situation and liaising closely with you on what Covid-19 means for your in-progress as well as future projects. We would like to know how you and your institution are faring, so do please get in touch. I am available, alongside our entire team and your usual contact person, to answer your questions.

Wishing you well in these turbulent times; please stay safe and stay in touch.

Kind regards,

Estelle Levin-Nally
